Participants are guided to move with awareness, focusing on the present moment and tuning into the sensations of the body as they transition through sequences of movement.

As you enter the space enveloped in humidity, you’ll immediately feel a sense of warmth and relaxation, facilitating deeper stretches and enhancing your body’s flexibility. The humidity creates an environment conducive to sweating, detoxifying your body and promoting circulation, while also challenging your endurance and stamina.

  • Make an account, head over to our class schedule and tap on the class you would like to attend. You will be able to book with an existing class pack or purchase a single class credit or pack.

  • Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your class starts, so you can set up your mat and choose your spot.

    Once the class starts, the door will be closed and there will be only a 5 minute grace period.

  • We recommend to wear comfortable clothing, a water bottle and a yoga mat. There are mats available for rental at the front desk.

  • We welcome guests aged 16 and over.

  • Guests are required to sign an e-agreement before booking any class at FDV.

  • NO! The dance/cardio segment of the class is for everyone, with easy to follow choreography.
