Bands in Motion

Welcome to our dynamic Bands in Motion class! Get ready to experience a unique fusion of strength training, flexibility and mindful movement. In this class, we'll use resistance bands to enhance your workout, providing targeted resistance to challenge and strengthen your muscles. (Make sure to let us know if you are allergic to latex before taking this class).

Rhythmic Flow

Welcome to our vibrant Rhythmic Flow class, where we combine the artistry of dance arms with rhythmic flow movements, all while incorporating the use of a band with a weighted small ball. In this energizing session, you’ll be guided through a series of fluid movements and choreographed arm patterns that synchronize seamlessly with the rhythm of the music.

Sculpt +

Welcome to our new Sculpt + Class, where we implement the use of a weighted bar and a mobility bar. This class is designed to tone muscles in which we integrate dance cardio, body weight exercises, strength training and dynamic stretching to target all major muscle groups and enhance flexibility and balance.
